On Saturday, September 30th, members of the Worcester County Sheriff’s Office met with Fred Royer’s surviving family at Gull Creek in Berlin, Maryland to receive Bags of Blessings that the Royer Family has graciously donated for our Homeless Outreach. Fred Royer was passionate about helping the homeless, so his family wanted to continue the assistance after his passing by donating pre-made bags to the Sheriff’s Office Homeless Outreach efforts.
